It’s not easy being a badass Zombie killer. But somebody’s got to do it.
King Parker has been fighting Zombies and protecting his family for the majority of his life. It’s what he does. It’s what he’ll always do.
And it’s all he’s ever wanted to do.
Until he stops in Mexico City on the way back to the States and realizes there is more to life than killing Feeders and more to living than just surviving.
When a mysterious redhead crosses his path, he finds himself torn from his family for the first time since Zombies became a thing. Now his family doesn’t need his protection, but she does.
King knows better than anybody that life doesn’t always turn out like you expect it to. But what happens when you’re expecting death and destruction and life hands you something beautiful instead? What happens when you experience more than decay? What happens when you find love instead?

This is the forth episode in Love and Decay Revolution. I was so thrilled to hear this episode is from Kings POV! I always love being in the males head!
**May contain spoilers if you aren’t caught up with the series**
It’s been a few months since they have been heading back to the states…they find themselves back in Mexico with Tomas at the Cathedral where they found refuge the last time they passed through.
This one had my emotions all over the place…this is where it all happened, where we said goodbye to one of the best, most honorable, and loving family man we know.
The only thing King can think about is getting revenge on the guy who took his big brother from him…
I stepped out of the small space between the two shanties and faced the man I had been waiting to kill for ten years.
We also meet a new character name Joss, this red haired girl that King takes too right away!! Who then also decides to join them on there adventure back to the states!
“You’re an asshole! A lying asshole!” She pushed back from me. “You didn’t need a hug! You just wanted to feel me up!”
The question is will King and the rest of the Parkers get their closure, their revenge? Or will the Rat King live on to destroy more lives and more families?
Rachel of course did another amazing job with this episode! I’m never disappointed and I am always on the edge of my seat!! I’m so excited to see where she takes King and Joss’ relationship!
Episode 5 will release on February 5th back in Page’s POV!!
I received an ARC for my honest review
