I absolutely loved Max in book one so I had no doubt this one would be another great one…I definitely wasn’t disappointed!! Rachel Van Dyken does it again by making me laugh throughout this one as well.
Max’s friends are worried about him so they signed him up to be the Bachelor on a TV show…lets just say Max is less than thrilled!! He’s feeling lonely ever since his best friend, Milo, got married.
We would have never worked. But when she’d married Colt, I’d kind of lost a part of myself. The only part I actually liked. She’d made me feel confident, carefree, and selfless . . . so losing Milo? Well, it was like being abandoned in the deep end with no water wings.
Once Max arrives at the island he has 25 women (he makes nicknames for all of them) and has to narrow it down to one by the end! The twist is the prize is a ton of money which Becca needs to continue going to school which was her main reason for signing up for the show…but will it continue to be her main reason by the end?!
During filming there are competitions that the girls plus Max has to compete in…of course the winner gets to go on dates and hopefully get to know Max and maybe even fall for him!
She was so pretty, and I wanted nothing more than to sit across from her until . . . well, until either I fell asleep or it was so dark I could only see the outline of her lips.
Will Becca win or get tossed to the side? If she does win will she choose Max or the money? What will Max do if she chooses the money? Will he do whatever he has to win the girl or will he admit defeat?
I loved this book!! If you ever need a book to make you laugh this is the book for you!! Max makes me laugh the whole time especially when his friends were around!!
